California Draft Industrial Storm Water Permit Web Conference Series: Understanding the Sampling, Monitoring, and Reporting Requirements of the New Permit
Chris Haynes from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command will discuss the recent proposed modifications to the permit as well as the agency’s take on sampling, monitoring, and reporting obligations. Foley Partner S. Wayne Rosenbaum will provide legal interpretations of the permit’s sampling, monitoring, and reporting elements and will discuss alternatives to group monitoring. Sean Porter of SCS Engineers will provide a detailed discussion of the permit’s sampling, monitoring, and reporting requirements. Gabriel Solmer of the San Diego Coastkeeper will provide the prospective of the environmental community and will discuss proven alternatives to group monitoring.
