Manufacturing Leadership Summit

As members of the Manufacturing Leadership Council, Foley & Lardner LLP participated in the Council meeting and Summit in Palm Beach, Florida.

Partner John Trentacosta, a Council member, was actively engaged in the discussions around critical issues facing manufacturers. The Council meets on an annual basis to discuss these issues and what challenges manufacturers face including supply chain optimization and risk, big data, disruptive technologies, and many other aspects of next-generation manufacturing.

Partner Mark Neuberger participated in “The Reshoring Debate: More Nuanced Than Meets the Eye?” alongside key manufacturing executives. Referring to the topic as “right-shoring,” the panel discussed the strategic factors in deciding where to locate production facilities.
