Gardere Labor and Employment Partner Cristina Portela Solomon is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion on "FMLA: The Important Stuff" at the 27th Annual Employment Law Conference on July 17. Ms. Solomon will discuss intermittent leave, the difference between retaliation and interference claims, and managing employees on leave.
The two-day event will take place at the Garrett-Townes Hall in Houston. MCLE credit, including ethics, will be available.
