Working with the North Texas Council for International Visitors, Gardere will be hosting the International Visitor Leadership Program at its Dallas office in Thanksgiving Tower on Sept. 11. Intellectual Property Attorneys John J. (Jake) May and Lisa R. Hemphill, along with International Trade Attorney Virgil Ochoa and Trade Analyst Matthew Savage will be presenting "Issues in International Trade Compliance," which will cover basic import and export laws, regulations and compliance issues that companies frequently confront.
The North Texas Council for International Visitors is a non-profit organization that works with the U.S. State Department to host foreign visitors in North Texas through the International Visitor Leadership Program.
