37th Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Law Pre-Conference Event
Gardere Partner George T. Lee III will be speaking at the 37th Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Law pre-conference program titled "The Nuts and Bolts of a Private Private Placement." Mr. Lee will present "How the Investor Obligated Him or Herself: Subscription Agreements," where he will review a sample subscription agreement and cover the issues involved with having certain types of investors, such as individuals, entities, IRAs and trusts.
