Bryan House’s program, “Are You Smarter Than a Federal District Court Judge (When It Comes to the Attorney-Client Privilege in Internal Investigations)?” will discuss the ambiguities of the attorney-client privilege in light of a recent appellate case in the District of Columbia.
David Simon and John Turlais will join Raymond Bayley and Lois Haubold, co-founders of 2015 ACC Value Challenge Winner Novus Law, for their program “Good to Great: Accelerating Success Through Process Improvement and Technology Enablement,” to discuss how legal departments can design better work processes to deliver more efficient and higher quality legal services.
