His presentation is titled, “Telehealth Business Models and Contractual Arrangements.”
As the fastest growing sector of healthcare, there is no denying the interest and opportunity offered by telemedicine and telehealth. While in-house counsel begin to familiarize themselves with issues of multi-state licensing and scope of practice, there is a strong desire to understand “how to do it?” when it comes to the business models, contractual structures, and compensation methodologies that best harness the benefits of telemedicine. In this program, participants will draw from those businesses who have advanced the creative edge to develop business models and contractual arrangements in telemedicine. Following an overview of nine different telemedicine business models, participants will engage in a deeper dive of selected compensation methodologies and contractual structures. Participants will also receive, as handouts, telehealth tools and a model telehealth contract.
