- The advantages and disadvantages of giving directly from the company vs. setting up a separate private foundation using the company’s name,
- Governance structures for corporate private foundations
- Self-dealing restrictions when using a separate private foundation, and
- The increasing popularity of commercial co-ventures instead of pure philanthropy, with attendant legal issues.
