Attorney Eric Levy presented “What CPAs Need to Know About the Legal and Ethical Risks of Cyber Intrusions” at the Dallas CPA Society meeting.
Mr. Levy gave a general overview of ethical guidelines put forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) on the protection of clients’ personal and confidential information. Practical guidance on how to comply was also discussed.
