"Watts" Up? Energy Policy Under the Trump Administration

Since the election, the Trump Administration and the Republican controlled Congress have been working to reform US energy policy. Several of these changes represent a 180 degree departure from President Obama’s agenda, and thus, create the potential to fundamentally change the energy landscape.

Foley’s energy and environmental team experts discuss developments that impact businesses in the energy industry. Topics include: the repeal of the Clean Power Plan, withdrawal from the Paris Climate accords, potential changes to the federal approach to endangered species, new EPA policy initiatives, and most recently, a push for sweeping tax reform.
