The webinar will discuss the new SEC continuing disclosure regulations that impact government bond issuers and the underwriters of their bonds, as well as review the new regulations, what additional disclosures are required, and how local governments and their underwriters can maintain compliance with the new obligations in accordance with SEC Rule 15c2-12.
