Mr. Donovan will be presenting with Tim Waddell, Vice President of Corporate Development, AccentCare and Chris Hendrickson, Managing Director, Ziegler on “Key Issues for Acquisitions, Mergers, and Sales: From Letter of Intent to Close,” and will conduct an overview of the divestiture /acquisition process using an auction format that will identify the key considerations for both sellers and buyers in an auction including financial, process and strategy variables.
