31st Annual Law of Product Distribution & Franchise Seminar
Steady as She Goes: Refitting the Fundamentals for Smooth(er) Sailing Ahead
It has been a stormy few years of pandemics and politics, during which time Foley’s Annual Law of Product Distribution & Franchise Seminar has continued — but only in remote form. Although the storms have yet to pass completely (and may never), the clouds have cleared and the winds have subsided to the point where we no longer need to keep the hatches battened down. Rather, we are raising the sails in the hope of smoother sailing ahead! In other words, we think it’s time to revisit the fundamentals of managing your distribution and franchise networks in the wake of the turbulent last two years — to plan for the voyage ahead instead of simply striving to stay afloat — and to meet face to face once again, where we can converse instead of communicating remotely.
In short, the live Law of Product Distribution & Franchise Seminar is back in 2022, hosting its 31st-annual event in three Foley office locations, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time (Central):
- Milwaukee, on September 27
- Dallas, on October 6
- Chicago, on October 13
As in previous years, this seminar will cover a broad range of subjects in short, rapid-fire sessions, packing a treasure chest of information into a daylong event, complete with breakfast, lunch, and an end-of-day reception. We’ll include the baseline topics such as terminations, antitrust issues, international trade, supply chain, government policy developments, and more, providing our guests with a broad-based understanding of the legal issues that companies with distribution and franchise networks need to navigate in a world beyond the business maelstrom of the past several years.
This event is by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please contact David Wise ([email protected]).
