2023 Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) Summit

Foley Senior Counsel Evan Hellman and Foley Special Counsel Jacqueline Acosta will speak at the upcoming 2023 MATRC Summit on March 17, 2023 in Norfolk Virginia. Their session is titled “Key Considerations for Interstate/Interjurisdictional and International Telehealth Practice”. Attendees will learn best practices for efficiently and effectively meeting state laws, regulations, and policies on licensure and telehealth practice standards, including those related to notice and disclosures, informed consent, modality and other state requirements.

MATRC is a federally funded regional telehealth training and technical assistance center that assists with the development of sustainable telehealth programs as a way to increase access to quality care for rural and other underserved populations.
