We hosted the annual Product Distribution & Franchise Seminar on October 18, 2023 in Chicago.
For the past 32 years, we have offered more than 600 presentations to thousands of business executives, in-house counsel, and other responsible for legal compliance across the U.S. The program offered a treasure trove of timely information at a full-day CLE event. The seminar featured a series of interactive sessions with dynamic speakers and opportunities to network with your peers.
Program topics included going direct and shifting to independent distribution; strategic use of bankruptcy in distribution, franchise and supply relationships; effects of AI; top court decisions; “right-to-repair movement”; and much more. The program was hosted in-person, and virtual attendance was also available.
