We are pleased to partner with ACC MI to host in-house counsel from the region for a CLE program at BorgWarner’s headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI on November 12, 2024. The afternoon event will feature insights from both in-house and outside counsel. The speakers will explore the fundamental shifts driving change in the legal industry. Topic include mastering the C-suite, the evolution of design patents in the automotive space, M&A trends, and navigating opportunities and risks across generative AI.

CLE Credit
Applications for accreditation will be submitted to CO, FL, NY, and WI for up to 2.0 credit hours (50-min. hour) and CA, IL, NC, TX, UT, and VA for up to 2.0 credit hours (60-min. hour). Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided to attendees seeking credit in other jurisdictions. Foley & Lardner LLP is an approved MCLE provider in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Texas, and Utah.
For purposes of New York CLE credit, this program is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
Certificates of attendance will be emailed to eligible participants approximately eight weeks after the program.
