Foley Adds Five Attorneys to National Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team
Additions Increase Firmwide Experience in Hospitality Industry With Five Attorneys in Orlando Office.
In a move that will further expand its national resorts and hospitality practice, Foley announced today that Bill Guthrie, Dan Bachrach, Richard Caron, Kristina Bellock and Matthew Jassak will join the firm’s national Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team. They will be located in the firm’s Orlando office. Guthrie and Bachrach join the firm as partners. Caron is a senior counsel and Bellock and Jassak join as associates, all from Baker Hostetler.
Bringing experience from across the country, Guthrie and Bachrach will focus on the development, structuring, and financing of timeshares, fractionals, clubs, mixed use developments, condominiums, as well as planned unit projects.

Bill Guthrie’s practice centers around the real estate industry with an emphasis on the condominium, timeshare, resort and hospitality industries. He has actively participated in the structuring and development of planned unit developments, condominiums, vacation ownership projects and clubs for many of the major brand participants in the industry. He has also been appointed as an editor of the ABA/ARDA Editorial Board to create a digest and analysis of U.S. timeshare law.
Dan Bachrach’s practice focuses on real estate with an emphasis in the condominium, resort and hospitality industries, including residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums, timeshare, private residence clubs, fractional projects and travel packages. His experience includes structuring and development of condominiums, cooperatives, and vacation ownership projects, as well as preparation of legal and registration documents for such projects. In addition, he is vice-chair of the Timesharing and Interval Uses Committee of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section.
Richard Caron practices in the real estate area with emphasis in the resort development and condominium industries, including timeshare, resort condominiums and cooperatives and travel and exchange services.
