Four attorneys named to 2011 BTI Client Service All-Stars list
Foley announced today that the BTI Consulting Group (Wellesley, Massachusetts) has recognized the firm as one of only eight law firms with a BTI Client Service All-Star among its ranks in each of the last 10 years. According to BTI, the firms that achieved this honor are known for attracting and retaining attorneys that are exceptional at delivering client service while implementing best practices to encourage, develop and reward client service excellence at a firm-wide level.
Additionally, four Foley attorneys have been named 2011 BTI Client Service All-Stars. These attorneys are recognized as being top providers of client services based solely on unprompted feedback from nearly 300 general counsel at Fortune 1000 organizations.
