LinuxInsider, part of the ECT News Network, recently spoke to Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, about the patent infringement lawsuit brought against Google by British Telecom.
"Given the myriad of uses of Google's Android software, it is likely we will continue to see patent infringement claims by other competitors," Mr. Vogel said. "Yet Google has its larger portfolio of patents to help defend and countersue for its protection."
