Partner Val Perkins Talks About Proposed Uniform Trade Secrets Act with Law360

Law360 discussed the proposed Uniform Trade Secrets Act with Government Affairs Partner Val Perkins. Mr. Perkins said that the Act would codify and modernize existing Texas common law relating to the misappropriation of trade secrets, while enhancing available remedies to aggrieved businesses.
