The Dallas Business Journal highlighted Gardere's signing a lease for office space at Crescent Real Estate's newly designed Uptown Tower at McKinney & Olive. "We are confident that our new home will be an Uptown landmark and will assist us in attracting and retaining clients and talented personnel," Gardere Chair Holland O'Neil said, in a written statement. "McKinney and Olive will be the place to be."
