NewsRadio 1080 KRLD spoke with Gardere Chair Holland N. O'Neil about the upcoming June 19 groundbreaking of Crescent Real Estate Holding LLC's newest development, McKinney & Olive tower in Uptown Dallas. Gardere, the anchor tenant of the development, has signed a 15-year lease with Crescent. The building is set to be completed in 2016.
"One of the primary reasons that we decided to make the move is because of our clients and where they are doing their business," said Ms. O'Neil. "It was really a business decision for us, and the fabulous amenities that are going to be there for our employees are sort of the icing on the cake."
