Lacktman Quoted on Telemedicine Ruling

Partner Nathaniel Lacktman was quoted in a Buzzfeed article, “Webcam Abortions Legal, Iowa Supreme Court Rules,” on June 19, 2015. The article discussed Iowa Supreme Court ruling that Planned Parenthood can keep administering telemedical abortions to women in Iowa. Lacktman was quoted saying, “[The court’s recognition that ‘an increasing number of medical procedures are being performed today by telemedicine’ is a great win in support of telemedicine services.”
