Gardere’s Future Home at McKinney and Olive Highlighted in Dallas Business Journal
The Dallas Business Journal featured the construction update of Gardere’s future home at the 20-story McKinney and Olive tower in Uptown Dallas. Crescent Real Estate Holding celebrated the completion of the uppermost floors and notes that 85 percent of the building could be leased by year’s end.
"We are looking at what will be the tallest building in Uptown," said John Goff, Crescent chairman and CEO. "We are also sitting in one of the very best, if not the best, real estate submarkets in the country. If you look at the Uptown market today, it has or is about to eclipse the taxable value of property downtown.”
The Firm has agreed to a 15-year lease with Crescent and plans to occupy 109,000 square feet.
