Lynham Speaks at Annual Judicial Training Program at Probate Division of D.C. Superior Court

Of Counsel John Lynham Jr. spoke to senior and new judges, clerks and staff of the Probate Division of the D.C. Superior Court as part of the division’s annual training program. Lynham, who was asked to participate at the request of the division’s presiding judge, discussed topics including estate and trust planning and administration; gift, estate, and generation skipping transfer taxes; creditors’ rights and asset protection; non-judicial settlement agreements; and the Uniform Trust Code.
Lynham frequently lectures to lawyer and non-lawyer groups on estate, trust, tax and asset protection matters. This is the second time he has provided training to judges, clerks and staff of the D.C. Superior Court.
