Foley Represents Greystone Healthcare Management Corp. in Acquisition of 13 Facilities in Illinois, Missouri

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Greystone Healthcare Management Corp. in its acquisition of 12 skilled nursing facilities and one supportive living community in Illinois and Missouri. The transaction included the transfer of real estate from the Department of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to the federal Multifamily Mortgage Foreclosure Act and the transfer of operations and other assets pursuant to a federal court receivership in United States of America v. Alton Real Estate, Inc., Case No. 18-5625, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.  The deal closed January 31, 2020.
