Partner Wayne Osoba was quoted in the Law360 article, “Simpson, Foley Guide Blackstone REIT’s $358M Portfolio Deal,” about data management company Iron Mountain’s sale of a 13-property portfolio to Blackstone Real Estate Investment Trust.
Osoba told Law360 that industrial real estate has been a hot area for investment. “The transaction is reflective of a very active market in the industrial real estate sector,” he said. “We are seeing more and more clients that are taking advantage of a strong industrial market and utilizing the sale leaseback structure to monetize owned real estate.”
Osoba represent Iron Mountain in the deal along with Shiva Sandill, Daniel Pieringer, Christopher Duda and Spencer Moats.
