Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that it has been recognized for client service excellence in the elite BTI Client Service 30 list for 2021.
The BTI Client Service 30 represents the top 30 law firms among 252 firms recognized in the annual BTI Client Service A-Team survey, which ranks the best firms around the country in terms of client service performance based on corporate counsel feedback. Foley placed 21st on this year’s list.
BTI’s analysis draws on candid feedback from corporate counsel to determine which firms top the charts for client service. General counsel and C-level executives define 17 categories of client service they use to select and evaluate outside counsel. Firms that received top scores across the board comprise the elite BTI Client Service 30.
