Foley’s Orlando Office Named 2021 Large Law Firm of the Year by Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida
Foley & Lardner LLP’s Orlando office has been selected as Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida’s (CLSMF) 2021 Large Law Firm of the Year. This award recognizes a law firm dedicated to pro bono service and celebrates its support of representing pro bono clients throughout the Central Florida area.
CLSMF is a full-service civil legal aid law firm that promotes equal access to justice to more than 20,000 people each year across 12 counties in Central Florida by providing professional legal aid to help low-income people protect their livelihoods, their health, and their families.
This year’s award ceremony theme, “Partnerships in a Pandemic: Utilizing Technology and Pro Bono Attorneys to Provide Access to Justice,” acknowledged organizations that significantly advanced pro bono through a project, time, or monetary contributions. Foley’s Orlando attorneys proudly dedicated 86 hours of pro bono service to CLSMF’s clients during the award period.
Partner Kim Ashby accepted the award on behalf of Foley during CLSMF’s virtual ceremony, highlighting that 100% of attorneys in the Orlando office participated in providing pro bono service throughout the fiscal year.
