Foley & Lardner LLP has acted as legal advisor to JP Griffin Companies LLC, a national employee benefit consulting firm specializing in the design, implementation and management of complex multi-site, multi-state employee benefit programs, in its acquisition by Hub International Limited, a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm.
JP Griffin supports companies ranging from 10 to more than 30,000 employees in plan design, benefit cost management, benefit automation, wellness, and employee communication and education services. Jeff Griffin, founder and president of JP Griffin Group, and his team will join Hub Southwest, where they will further build out advisory services and solutions for their clients.
