Trentacosta is a member of Foley’s Manufacturing Sector. He is actively involved in drafting and litigating contracts commonly used in the manufacturing and automotive industries. He frequently represents clients in supply chain disputes, particularly automotive and supplier-manufacturer disputes in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Uetz is member of Foley’s Manufacturing Sector, leads the firm’s Coronavirus Task Force, and is co-founder of the firm’s Coronavirus Resource Center. She represents upper and middle-market businesses in their contracts and business disputes, focusing on the manufacturing industry – chiefly suppliers in the automotive and defense industries. She advises her clients on issues presented by financially distressed suppliers, as well as on acquisitions, procurement, and supply contracts and disputes that arise within the supply chain.
