Both Texas Lawbook and Global Legal Chronicle highlighted Foley’s representation of Skylark Private Equity Partners in the formation of USA Automotive Partners, LLC (“USAAP”) and USAAP’s acquisition of Caldwell Automotive Partners (“CAP”), a leading upfitter and dealer of law enforcement and other vehicles for local, state, and federal government entities. The Foley deal team was led by Glenn Singleton and included Emma Blumer, Justin Cajero, Cynthia Harkness, Clifton Dugas and Carrie Hoffman.
