Foley Represents Clavis Capital Partners in Strategic Investment in UCC Environmental

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Clavis Capital Partners (“Clavis”), a Dallas-based private equity firm with a focus on investments in manufacturing, industrial and business services verticals, in its strategic investment transaction in environmental systems pioneer UCC Environmental.

Founded in 1920, UCC Environmental is a provider of mission-critical engineered environmental solutions and performance parts for wastewater treatment, solids handling, and air pollution control technologies in power generation and other heavy industrial applications. The company offers a full suite of design and engineering technology capabilities, including planning and consulting, engineering, project management, production, validation, installation and commissioning, and aftermarket sales, service, and maintenance.

Clavis’ strategic investment in UCC Environmental will help accelerate UCC Environmental’s growth trajectory in the environmental and wastewater treatment sector. The transaction closed on April 29.
