Foley Represents Morrow Renewables in $1.2B Sale of Seven Renewable Natural Gas Facilities

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Morrow Renewables, LLC in the sale of seven entities that own landfill gas-to-renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities to a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc.
The Morrow facilities deliver RNG from municipal landfills in six Texas locations and one Arkansas location.
The Foley team was led by partner Robert Sarfatis, with assistance from senior counsel Irtaza Asif and associates Sherwin Yee, Antonia Neckopulos, and Rachael Martinez.
