Foley & Larder LLP senior counsel Wes Harward was selected to serve on the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center (RMIC) Board of Directors.
RMIC is the Innocence Network affiliate covering Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming and is the only nonprofit organization in the region providing pro bono post-conviction innocence investigation and litigation services to those who have been wrongfully convicted.
Harward, a litigator in Foley’s Salt Lake City office, focuses his practice on representing clients in complicated, high-stakes litigation, protecting his client’s intellectual property, and conducting sensitive internal investigations. He has extensive experience with “bet the company” litigation, representing clients on matters attracting public attention, and advising on public relations and crisis management. Harward also frequently represents nonprofit organizations and has extensive experience handling litigation aspects that are unique to these organizations.
