Foley Ventures is pleased to announce Foley Ventures V, its latest venture fund launched in April 2024 to invest in companies and debt and equity fund clients.
Foley Ventures teams with Foley & Lardner LLP clients as business strategists and investors. Attorneys at Foley have funded Foley Ventures Funds I, II, III, IV, and V to invest in – or alongside – the firm’s clients.
- Foley Ventures l closed in April 2011 and provided capital support to clients in promising early-stage or growth-stage businesses. It is fully committed and invested in more than 54 companies.
- Foley Ventures ll closed in April 2013 and expanded Foley Ventures’ platform to actively invest in both companies and debt and equity fund clients. It is fully committed with 54 investments.
- Foley Ventures lll closed in November 2014, and invested in companies and debt and equity fund clients. It is fully committed with 54 investments.
- Foley Ventures IV closed in September 2018 and invested in companies and debt and equity fund clients with 27 investments.
- Foley Ventures V launched in April 2024 and will invest in companies and debt and equity fund clients.
Foley Ventures V is managed by Foley partners Natasha Allen, Steven Barth, Christopher Converse, Susan Pravda, and Paul Wrycha.
