Kimberly Klinsport and Diane Ung Honored Among Top 100 Lawyers in Los Angeles

Foley & Lardner LLP partners Kimberly Klinsport and Diane Ung are named among the Top 100 Lawyers in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Klinsport and Ung were selected as among the region’s most impactful attorneys for their ongoing efforts as outstanding stewards of the law.

Klinsport is the managing partner of Foley’s Los Angeles office. A dynamic leader, both at the firm and within the Los Angeles community, Klinsport serves as co-chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy area of focus within Foley’s Innovative Technology Sector and as litigation chair for the firm’s Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Dedicated to pro bono work, she sits on the board of directors for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and has successfully handled cases for veterans, adoptive parents, and clients navigating complex guardianship proceedings.

Ung, a senior member of Foley’s Health Care Practice Group, focuses her practice on federal and state health care legislation and payment issues arising under government programs, representing public agency clients and non-profit hospitals and clinics on regulatory, legislative, health care, and business matters. An active thought leader in the health care industry and Los Angeles legal community, Ung has helped clients evaluate and develop Medicaid demonstration and waiver projects that implement innovative programs for Medicaid beneficiaries, drafted Medicaid legislation, and advised clients on regulatory compliance, strategic alliances, and restructurings.
