Foley Advises The Marcus Corporation in Private Offering of Senior Notes and Repurchase of Convertible Senior Notes
Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) in its private placement offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes and repurchases and retirement of $86.4 million of aggregate principal amount of senior convertible notes.
The refinancing transactions extended debt maturities and mark a significant step in simplifying The Marcus Corporation’s capital structure.
