Foley & Lardner LLP served as fund counsel to Iron Path Capital, an operationally focused private equity firm investing in the specialty industrials and health care sectors, in the formation and closing of Iron Path Capital Fund I.
Iron Path Capital Fund I exceeded its $250 million target with total commitments of $273 million from limited partners consisting of a diverse group of global investors including leading endowments, fund of funds, institutional investors, and family offices.
