Hunter, managing partner of Foley’s San Diego office and a leading intellectual property lawyer, leverages his deep experience in electronics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, semiconductors, and more to help clients navigate complex legal and business challenges. As co-chair of the firm’s Electronics Practice, Hunter is at the forefront of Foley’s work to help clients maximize the value of their technology.
Morris is a litigator who focuses his practice on construction law, guiding clients through high-stakes construction disputes, complex contract negotiations, and delivering strategic counsel on major projects. Committed to the San Diego community, Morris is the pro bono chair for the firm’s San Diego offers and has worked to grow Foley’s pro bono efforts in the area through building wider engagement.
Singh is a litigator concentrated on defending consumer class actions across various industries. Now serving as vice-chair of the firm’s Consumer Law, Finance, & Class Action Practice and co-chair of Foley’s Consumer Products Team, across his career Singh has represented Fortune 500 companies in more than 160 state and federal class actions. He is is a leader in Foley’s national partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America through his role as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego.
