Foley Attorneys Named to Law Week Colorado's Barrister's Best List
Foley & Lardner LLP partners Emily Weber and Diane Hazel and senior counsel Timothy Mohan are recognized in Law Week Colorado‘s Barrister’s Best 2024.
The annual list, developed through reader feedback, comprises many of the best attorneys in Colorado across various practice areas.
Weber, who is the managing partner of Foley’s Denver office, was recognized in health care law. She is a nationally sought-after lawyer known for her deep experience in the health care sphere and her no-nonsense approach to legal advice. Having spent over a decade in-house at prominent academic medical centers and serving in numerous outside counsel roles while in private practice, Weber provides a perspective that few attorneys do.
Hazel was recognized for antitrust law, marking the second year in a row she has been selected. As a former Federal Trade Commission lawyer and state enforcer, Hazel represents clients in government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust litigation, and other white collar, class action, and commercial litigation matters.
Mohan was recognized in bankruptcy law. He is a restructuring and bankruptcy litigator who represents debtors, secured creditors, official committees of unsecured creditors, purchasers of assets, investors, and other stakeholders in a broad range of restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, state receiverships, out-of-court workouts, acquisitions, and liquidations.
