Mark Moore Announced as American Bankruptcy Institute 40 Under 40 Honoree

Foley & Lardner LLP partner Mark Moore has been announced by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as a 40 Under 40 honoree.

Moore’s multifaceted legal practice maintains a primary focus on bankruptcy law, where he has developed an impressive track record of representing Chapter 11 debtors in highly intricate cases with major stakes. His commitment to guiding clients through the complexities of financial distress sets him apart as a trusted advocate and strategic advisor. Complementing his experience in bankruptcy law, Mark is also a seasoned practitioner in complex commercial litigation. 

ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. The ABI membership includes nearly 10,000 attorneys, accountants, bankers, judges, professors, lenders, turnaround specialists, and other bankruptcy professionals, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information. 

Honorees will be recognized at a special ceremony on December 13, 2024, during ABI’s 2024 Winter Leadership Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.
