Jim Miles and Lauren Carboni Named to 5280 Magazine's Denver's Top Lawyers List

Foley & Lardner LLP attorneys Jim Miles and Lauren Carboni have been named to 5280 magazine’s Denver’s Top Lawyers 2025 list.

The annual list, recognizing Denver’s leading attorneys across fifty different practice areas, is compiled through a combination of practicing attorney input across the city and 5280‘s independent research and reporting.

Miles, a partner in Foley’s Health Care Practice, represents a variety of stakeholders in the health care industry, including providers, professionals, and private equity firms across matters of corporate governance, business planning, and commercial transactions. Deeply engaged in health care law both in his practice and through his professional affiliations with legal and health care organizations, Miles is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Law School.

Carboni, co-chair of Foley’s Health Care Litigation team, advises a range of clients across the health care, cannabis, and psychedelic industries on regulatory, compliance, litigation, and enforcement issues. She is active in the Denver community and serves as a member of the board at Chanda Center for Health, a nonprofit health center that seeks to improve the quality of life for individuals with long-term physical disabilities by providing population-competent care.
