Foley Advises Ideanomics in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings and 363 Sale
Foley & Lardner LLP is advising Ideanomics Inc. and its subsidiaries in their jointly administered Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Ideanomics is a global electric vehicle company formerly publicly traded on the NASDAQ and parent company to several subsidiaries in the electric vehicle industry, focused on driving the adoption of electric commercial vehicles and associated sustainable energy charging and consumption.
As part of the Chapter 11 proceedings, Foley represented Ideanomics in the sale of substantially all assets of its businesses pursuant to section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, including the sale of its market-leading wireless electric vehicle charging technology subsidiary Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification LLC to an affiliate of Tillou Management and Consulting LLC, which closed on March 7, 2025.
