Foley & Lardner LLP senior counsel Charles Gass is recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA) as an Emerging Leader in Health Care.
Presented by the ABA Health Law Section, the award reflects Charles’ broad range of career achievements, visionary leadership, and legal and community service in health law.
Charles advises health care and life sciences clients on complex transactions, regulatory risk, and general corporate and health care matters, representing providers, hospital systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers, private equity firms, technology companies, and privately held businesses, among others. A member of Foley’s Health Care Transactional and Health Care Regulatory Practices, Charles is heavily involved in the health law community, holding membership in the ABA’s Health Law Section, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
Honorees will be recognized on April 4, 2025, during the ABA’s Emerging Issues in Health Care Conference in Long Beach, California.
