Benjamin Morris Named Nonprofit Board Leader of Influence by San Diego Business Journal
Foley & Lardner LLP partner Benjamin Morris is named a 2025 Nonprofit Board Leader of Influence by the San Diego Business Journal.
Benjamin is a construction lawyer who advises and counsels clients throughout all phases of complex construction projects and related litigation, guides owners, developers, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers through contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, delay analysis, lien filing, and defense and claim enforcement on public and private projects.
Deeply committed to pro bono service, Benjamin dedicates time to mentor newer attorneys taking up pro bono matters. He is vice chair of the board of directors for the San Diego Volunteers Lawyers Program, serves on Foley’s National Pro Bono Committee, and is pro bono chair of the firm’s San Diego office.
