Amber Kolb is a member of the Transactions Practice Group in our Business Law Department. Amber started at Foley as a summer associate assisting our M&A team by generating shell disclosures, creating formation documents for startups, researching tax matters, and reviewing Delaware law and bylaws relating to corporate governance issues. She also worked as a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office with the Defensive Litigation Unit and the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit.  She assisted with depositions and interviews, drafted responses and pleadings, and researched health law matters and legal issues.
