Robert Linnoila represents a variety of private equity sponsors through the entire life cycle of their funds.  Such sponsors range from large, diversified asset managers to emerging managers which include both exempt reporting advisers and registered investment advisers.  His practice focuses on assisting such sponsors in fund formations and investments.  Robert also counsels sponsors on regulatory issues and compliance, structuring, and day-to-day operations. In addition, Robert represents investors in connection with investments in various private investment funds as well as the acquisition and disposition of interests in secondary transactions. He is a member of the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management Practice.
