Anne-Louise Mittal focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. A member of the firm’s Consumer Law, Finance & Class Action Practice, as well as the Appellate and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practices, she has represented clients in a wide variety of consumer class actions, commercial contract and warranty disputes, and business tort actions. Anne-Louise has extensive experience handling dispositive motions and appeals in both state and federal court and has achieved favorable outcomes for clients in arbitration, on the pleadings, at summary judgment, and on appeal.
