Adam Aquino has extensive IP litigation experience. He has represented both patent owners and accused infringers in various venues, including district courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. He has also litigated trade secrets, unfair competition, false advertising, and trademark disputes. Adam is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group.

Adam’s practice encompasses a broad range of technical disciplines. A mechanical engineer by education, Adam has a particularly nuanced understanding of technologies with moving parts. As an attorney, he has worked on matters regarding mechanical and medical devices, software, and electronics, among others.

Adam has also participated in pro bono matters in the Latin American community, including matters regarding asylum and visas.
